Do you like to dress up and play? Would you enjoy playing a character from the past to teach people about the way it was and compare it to the way it is today? Do you have desires to be an actor/actress? Do you need somewhere to practice your craft, explore new opportunities, and most importantly have fun with the public.
We are looking for people interested in being character volunteers and people interested in volunteering their talents to help teach others how to master these skills. We entertained over 47,000 guests last year with over 1,700 kids coming out on special school tours. Our railroad museum is gaining national recognition and we are making strides to move up to the next level of entertainment.
If you have an interest in railroading, local or national history, and would like to help improve your and others quality of life and bring in more tourism dollars to our wonderful home of Sioux City. Please consider volunteering your time, your fun, and your expertise.
