Children are invited to come dressed in costume,
particularly in railroad-themed or hobo-themed costumes, and receive Halloween
treats while learning about the region’s railroad heritage. However, because this is a former railroad
yard, appropriate shoes and costume lengths for long periods of walking are
encouraged; and no masks will be allowed.
